SYSOP FILING. OUT OF WORLD. THE FLOOR UNDER EVERYTHING

One. Consent governs everything. The dark systems, initiation, the shared crystal, Echo-sharing, capture and arrest scenes, are opt-in per participant, every time, and limits stated in a profile are absolute. Reading a profile before engaging is expected, not metagaming.

Two. IC and OOC never mix. What your character knows and what you know are different inventories, and playing from the wrong one is the one offense every roleplay culture on this platform agrees about. Disputes go to staff, out of character, once.

Three. Consequences are content. Losing a fight, catching a citation, taking a mark on the sheet, these aren’t punishments, they’re the story working. The systems are built so that losing generates scenes, and the players this world remembers are the ones who lost interestingly.

Four. Power is earned in view. Weapons eligibility, vehicle permits, crew recognition, all tracked, all revocable, all visible. Nobody arrives established. The ladder is the game.

Five. Fair play in violence. Post your action as an attempt, let the other player author their response, two shots per emote maximum, and the target decides what lands. Example. Wrong, you grab the stranger’s arm and make them drop the weapon. Right, you lunge, aiming to snatch the weapon, and then it’s their turn. Scene systems and the HUD arbitrate where words don’t.

Six. The floor outranks everyone. No badge, house, title, or tenure overrides these rules, and staff hold themselves to them hardest. Everything else in this book is in character. This page isn’t. It’s the deal that makes the rest possible.

[FILING ENDS. THE REST OF THE BOOK IS THE WORLD. GO LIVE IN IT.]
