How This World Plays

Read 1 minUpdated 2026.08.19
SYSOP FILING. OUT OF WORLD. FIVE FACTS, NO PITCH.

One. The Blight is progression, not punishment. Corruption is measured, worn openly, and it opens registers, access, and content the clean never see. You choose your relationship to the amber and the world prices the choice.

Two. Factions are vacancies. The lore canonizes only dead crews. Every trade, corner, and seat in this city is open and player-run. The history is precedent. The present is yours.

Three. The law negotiates by design. A citation is an invoice with four exits, pay, haggle, deal, or run, and the badge is a playable alignment with structural corruption, not a wall between you and the fun.

Four. Participation scales. Presence is a complete way to live here. Deep scene work opens more, and nothing requires it. The terminals read and reward both.

Five. Your biography is public texture. Signal, pulse, stage, chrome, citations, all readable at any terminal, in character, by anyone. And every dark system in this world runs on consent, stated once, absolute.

[FILING ENDS. THE REST OF THIS BOOK IS IN CHARACTER. SO ARE YOU.]
